Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused and sealed
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Leaked Parcels:

If you receive a leaked or damaged parcel, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0300-8083219 and share your order details for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, contact us at 0300-8083219. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

After receiving you returned parcel we will check it and refund your money right away.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is Leaked, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
5-liter packs are not eligible for return once the seal is removed. Please ensure the seal remains intact for any return requests.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
